The Rainforest Remedies are herbal remedies used in conjunction with the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy.  These formulations are based on many years of traditional and individual use and client experience worldwide.  Dr. Rosita Arvigo, an herbalist and Doctor of Naprapathy, learned about these herbal remedies while apprenticing with Don Elijio Panti, one of the last traditional healers of Central America.  The plants are collected and made in Belize and have been sold in the United States, Central America and Europe since 1992.

These plants have been researched by the New York Botanical Gardens in New York City and Kew Gardens of London, England. A documentary was also made called “Satsun” that shows the relationships developed between Don Elijio, Dr. Arvigo and the New York Botanical Gardens as these herbs were collected and researched.
